Regrowth

In this photograph, from April 25th, there's a faint suggestion of Jen's hair coming back, and a shadow of eyebrows. At this stage it was like a fine baby hair, two or three millimetres long. By now Jen's hair is noticeably darker than before, but it's hard to tell whether it will be straight or curly, and what colour (Chemo can change both of these aspects). Whenever we get to third-line chemotherapy, it might fall out again, but it's hair today.



After the labours of our friends in the front garden, Jen went and put a few plants in - including her favourite flowers, poppies. Now there are signs of growth in the garden (and also of course a few weeds, which we are discouraging).
